NorCal Labor Day Conference
August 31 @ 7:30 pm - September 2 @ 12:00 pm
Dates: August 31 – September 2 (from Friday 7:30 pm to Lord’s Day 12:00 pm).
Location/Hotel: Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport at 1333 Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, CA 94010.
Room rate: Initially $125.00 but the actual room rate is ultimately $109.00 per night–*please see explanation below*. There can be up to 4 persons per room depending on the room type.
Parking: $5.00/day with in/out privileges.
- Room rate explanation: Due to an antiquated hotel reservation system, you will be asked to pay the full conference rate of $125.00/night regardless of room type and number of beds. Unfortunately, we cannot change this. However, we have made an arrangement with the hotel staff to buy down the rate to $109.00/night. This means that the week after the conference the hotel assures us that all credit cards will be refunded $16.00 plus tax/night, resulting in a payment of $109.00/night (plus usual tax and tourism fee).

(2) Call Central Reservations at 1-800-233-1234 and state the hotel as the “Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport” in Burlingame and refer to the “Nor-Cal Churches Blending Conference” room block. You will initially have to be charged the $125.00 per night room rate (see explanation above). Be sure to request your confirmation number.
The hotel reservations deadline is currently Lord’s Day, August 12. We strongly encourage that the saints make their reservations as soon as possible.
We hope that the churches would encourage their saints to pray for this conference so the Lord may bless this time of blending for the building up of His Body.
